Western Union is rarely being used here in Hong Kong. So I decided to adjust the above notice for commonly use-cases. I checked out the Osclass code from Github and found the relevant file, item.php, under path oc-includes/osclass/gui/. I changed the item.php but it is not reflected even after the EEClassifieds page reloaded. It turned out, the 'oc-includes/osclass/gui' folder is not being used. The Osclass installation comes with a active theme - bender. This is where I should make the modifications instead. The code for this Bender theme is actually residing in a separate repository, theme-bender, under the user osclass. I checked that out from Github modify the notice section. I followed the instructions in the Readme.md and build the package. After that, the bender-theme was updated via the Osclass admin interface. The modified theme could be found under oc-content/themes/bender/.
